The Testing Center is affiliated to Zhejiang Songyuan Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd. Established in 1993, its main work is to conduct various performance tests and environmental tests on automotive seatbelts, airbags, steering wheels and their components produced by the parent company.Currently, the Testing Center is equipped with relatively complete seatbelt testing equipment, Seattle acceleration sled, airbag testing equipment and steering wheel testing equipment. It can meet most of the test requirements specified in the following standards:National standards for automotive seatbelts: GB14166, GB8410;European standard: ECE R16;American standard: FMVSS209;Enterprise standard: TL82500;National standards for airbags: GB/T19949.2 (ISO12097-2), GB/T 38795;Standard for steering wheels: QC/T 563.
The Testing Center has established a laboratory management system in accordance with the requirements of CNAS-CL01:2018 Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, and implements the requirements of each element of the system in the daily management of the laboratory.The Testing Center obtained CNAS accreditation at the end of 2019 and has also passed the laboratory capability accreditation of various OEM customers. Adhering to the quality policy of "impartiality, science, service and improvement", the Testing Center provides accurate and effective testing data for the company.
